Why do I need a wedding planner?
The question is why do you NOT need a wedding planner. We believe that a planner is the most essential vendor and their explanation FIRST vendor you should book after you settle down from your engagement. Wedding Planners LOOK OUT FOR YOU. Securing venues, vendors, or signing contracts can be overwhelming and sometimes clients can be taken advantage of. Leave the details to the pros! The AC Team has heavy experience in making sure you make the right choices when it comes to planning your wedding. We know what to look for and we are ready to welcome you to the AC Family!
What is the wedding process with Ashley Carlette?
We date initially and get to know each other! Once you have settled on joining the AC Family we send over a contract for you to review. A 30% retainer fee is required to secure your wedding date on our calendar. We setup a schedule that is conducive to the package you choose and we begin planning your event.
Who will I work with on Wedding Day?
On wedding day you have Lead Planner, Ashley Carlette, and two additional consultants to manage your day as this is standard in all our packages. We believe extra pairs of hands & eyes are essential on wedding day.
What package or level of service do I need?
It totally depends on what you need as a couple. We offer three standard packages, but we can tailor a custom package for you. We recognize that every bride is different, but we offer professional services that will make your event flow with ease.
What happens if I have an emergency on wedding day?
On wedding day if there are any emergencies where Ashley can’t make it, another certified wedding planner with Ashley Carlette will take the lead on wedding day. If there is an extreme case where none of the AC family can take the lead, We are a part of The Bridal Society. The Bridal Society is a group of certified wedding planners all over the world that can step in on event day. This has never happened but we are fully prepared to handle if it arises.
